Cheersquad Records & Tapes are proud to present the new single from The Silversound.

Ahead of the release of their new album, The Brightness Will Come (November 6), The Silversound releases the second single, ‘Hands’, a song that reflects on the vastness of the universe. Featuring master percussionist Ray Pereira and Loretta Miller on soaring harmony vocals, it’s a rhythm-heavy, Tropicália-inspired, epic psychedelic suite. Spiky guitars and dancing bass, soaring harmonies, odd detours that coalesce in a mystic transcendental finale.

“Andrew (Tanner – vocals/guitar) had been listening to a mess of desert blues-inspired music and came up with the sketch of the tune. After a re-listening to Brazilian band Os Mutantes, I added a psych Tropicália flavour,” explains guitarist Shane O’Mara.
