‘Pacific Ocean Blue’ is the latest single from multi-instrumentalist/”drummer”/songwriter Jamie Coghill aka The Jimmy C.

Following on from last years ‘Refreshing‘ album, The Jimmy C has another album’s worth of songs ready for release.

About Pacific Ocean Blue, Jamie says “A love letter to Santa Monica beach. Californian imagery and lush vocal harmonies. I’d dare to mention the Beach Boys if it wasn’t such a gross and boastful miscarriage to compare my funny little tune to the brilliance of their late sixties output. But their influence is here mutated through my limited playing and singing abilities and my simple home recording setup. Dreamy and wistful guitars and drums with layered vocal harmonies and cellos. And yes, the rhythmic splash of an oar in water also makes an appearance.”
